Experts have explained over and over again the importance of getting at least seven hours of sleep each night in order to prevent health disorders. There are however people out there who are exempted from this advice, and they are what scientists consider as members of the “sleepless elite”.
One such person is Dr. Uchenna Okoye. She gets up at exactly 4.30 am every day despite her work starting four hours later. What’s funny is that he sleeps way past the 1am mark each night. And contrary to what most would predict, she is seldom grumpy or sleepy, being happily married to a doctor and herself running her own dental clinic.
Okoye shares that “people are often surprised when they get emails from me late at night, or early in the morning, but I have never needed much sleep and always felt good on it,” adding that “I don’t have to push myself to be this way – it’s just the way I am.”
