Elkhart General Hospital hosts public seminar about sleep disorders | 
Elkhart General Hospital will be offering free sleep disorder public seminars in the Health Lifestyle Corner, American Countryside Farmer’s Market.
“Sleep Disorders and Common Treatments” will be hosted by Dr. Muhammad Naeem and will discuss possible treatment options for sleep disorders. There will also be a question and answer portion at the end of the seminar.
Sleep apnea is an under-rated problem among Americans. This condition is often linked to obesity, death, and car accidents. However, before the problem can be treated, American need to be made aware of what the symptoms of sleep apnea are.
Believe it or not, most sleep apnea patients don’t even know they have it. So this seminar hopes to change that.
