According to recent statistics, more than 30 percent of adults experience insomnia or some sleep disorder and around 10 percent experience chronic insomnia.
When these sleep disorders are left undiagnosed and untreated, it can lead to serious health risks and accidents.
The Neurologic Relief Centers (NRC) has developed new methods in understanding the nervous system, which can possibly treat the sleep disorders and its symptoms.
The NRC believes that the conditions are linked to Meningeal Compression, which is caused by accidents, trauma, and stress.
As explained by the NRC in a press release: “Any tugging on the meninges can have devastating effects on this critical and sensitive nerve action, which in turn can produce a galaxy of undesirable symptoms.”
The group listed the following as symptoms: reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD), irritable bowel syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, dystonia, restless leg syndrome, depression, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and others.
The NRC has devised diagnosis and treatment methods. Patients can undergo free testing to learn the status of their condition and whether or not long-term therapy will be beneficial for them.
